It is important for Kitch Switch to ensure a smooth project for them, for the client, and for their team of experts.

  • Schedule an in home 40 minute consultation and measure with Sheley

  • Following the consultation you will receive an estimate and 2D and 3D renderings

Step 2 - THE PREP WORK

Contract and Scheduling… We’ll go through the process and sign the contract. At this time we will get you scheduled.

Visit the Showroom… Sheley will set up a meeting with you at the cabinet showroom where you will be able to view cabinets, countertops, and many other materials.

Cabinet Partners - We offer about 200 cabinet options from domestic cabinet vendors

Countertop Partner - Countertop Options plus many more options

Floating Shelf Partner - Custom Floating Shelves

Cabinets, countertops, and shelves need to be ordered through our local suppliers, but all other materials can be purchased from anywhere you choose. We have sinks, faucets, hardware, and flooring, and tile through our local suppliers so you can do a one stop shop at the showroom should you choose.

We make recommendations and Sheley assists with all design throughout the process.

The logistical part… Once your layout is finalized, you will receive a material checklist for your kitchen and each bathroom you are remodeling. Sheley will work with you to choose all materials. We’ll order the materials and finalize design

Let the fun begin! We will exceed all your expectations with on time, quality work from start to finish. We do not go away until you are satisfied!

FAQ

  • Before your project starts, everything is ready. The cabinets are ready, the countertop slabs are ready, all materials are ordered and on schedule.

    The schedule has been created for your project with some flex days built in because construction is not an exact science. We start your project with a solid plan everyone on our team knows their part and timeline.

  • We work with local partners to ensure quality products, streamlined processes and no shipping delays. Therefore for the Kitch Switch model to succeed, you’ll need to work with our suppliers for cabinets, and countertops. All other materials can be purchased from any supplier/vendor/retailer. Note - If you purchase your floating flooring (LVP) from another retailer you will need to use them for installation as it will not be warranted if our team installs it.

  • We work extremely hard to stick to our construction and project timeline. There are sometimes unforeseen circumstances that arise that may create delays. We immediately let you know and we work together to get things on track asap.

  • Clients manage their appliance purchases and delivery. Sheley and Jon will guide you as needed.

    Kitch Switch will not dispose of appliances.

    If a refrigerator needs to be moved, we will move it to an adjacent room day 1. It must be completely emptied.

    When appliances are ordered, clients must include old appliance removal or move to a different space if you wish.

    Ideally, you will note that you would like the appliances unboxed so that you can refuse delivery if they are damaged.

    Clients must be present to accept delivery of refrigerator, dishwasher, range, cooktop, oven.

    If you choose a very specific high end appliances that requires special installation, you will need the company you purchase it from to install it. Please discuss with Sheley.

  • You will find that our pricing is very reasonable. Each job is unique and an estimate is provided after your consultation with Sheley. We have an estimated Budget question on our contact form because we do not want to take up your time if we are not a good fit. Our average kitchen remodel job ranges from $55,000-$100,000 depending on the scope of the project.

    Our average bathroom remodel ranges from $36,000-$50,000 depending on the scope of the project.

  • The way our model works, we need to replace at a minimum counertops and cabinets.

  • Our business is licensed bonded and insured as JP Remodeling | Renovations. Kitch Switch is DBA under this company.

  • Our materials and labor are warranted.

  • We do not do cabinet painting or refacing. We do a minimum of cabinet and countertop replacement.

  • If we are contracted to do your kitchen, we will also do remodeling in other areas of your home.
